We do not lose weight to be healthy, we need to be healthy to lose weight. Exercise is not a to-do list, it is a habit and lifestyle like brushing your teeth, bathing, and eating.
I am Sneha Arora a wellness coach. Being obese from my childhood because of my sedentary lifestyle welcomed discomfort into my daily activities. I couldn’t sustain for the second half of the day with simple daily chores. As I began to exercise, I got better with my energy and stamina which further encouraged me to explore various forms of exercises and reap the benefits. To my expectations, I grew stronger, fitter and happier.

Thats when thought to myself, this is not something I should with-hold. Instead of waiting for the time to come where people should be forced to exercised because of their health issues, why not make it a habit to nourish our bodies with exercise from our youth? This would ensure that every individual grows to be a healthy, happy and active adult. This is what encouraged me to start Chrisfit!
