GROUP CLASSES

I love to mix workouts, be it Traditional Weight Lifting, HIIT, or even CrossFit. A little bit of everything completes the over all need for the day.  I constantly change the training to crush workout boredom by incorporating different exercises, training styles and methods, with fresh and new content to achieve progress in the process. The changes may be as simple as the reps, tempo, or module, the aim is to make a difference in the overall progress. I believe in mastering the basics with our own body weights in order to establish proper form and execution that is needed while using heavier weights to exercise properly, obtain optimum results, prevents injury, gradually advancing reps in weights to earn strength through consistency.
